M.T. Rajen's Property Management Services (MTRPMS) was established in 2018 as the professional operating arm of MT Rajan & Co — a Chennai family enterprise with roots going back to 1914.

Over more than a century, the family has been involved in electrical contracting, temple electrification across Madras, and later film distribution, production, and exhibition under the Vel Films banner from the 1930s.

MTRPMS brings that same long-standing commitment to Chennai into property — managing residential and commercial assets, overseeing development projects, and offering end-to-end property solutions to individual owners, families, and NRI clients who need a trusted local partner.
